need a Rocker Arm Assembly XY250 5A

My Shineray XY250 5A is only 6 months old and the Rocker Arm Assembly has failed. The complete assemmbly needs to be replaced but not the cam-shaft or valves.
Can some one inform me where I can purchase a replacement part... new or used?
I can provide a photo.
