I ride an 89 FLHTC - currently has over 40,000 miles on the original engine with a whole bunch of "Screamin Eagle" upgrades. Up until recently it has had little to no problems. Currently, if it sits for more than 7 or 8 days... when you turn over the engine, about a cup of oil runs out the overflow. I´ve had it to Harley twice - replaced the oil pump 18 months ago - and it still does it. Harley tells me the warrenty expired on the new oil pump and suggests I get another one. Has anyone seen this situation on their bike?
