The standard setting is atmospheric, i.e. zero. But is your ride is bouncy, try adjusting the dials on the right hand side. Otherwise, your rear shock could be leaking/faulty. I changed mine to ZZR 1100 D4 rear shock, fitted in wit a slight trimming-off to the top monut, about 1mm. Great feel and stability!!
