Hi, I bought 3 months ago a CBR 1000 1990, 70k miles, excelent conditions. After 2 months,it started to take longer to start. I check, and I found the started was making noises, but the engine was not turning. I went to the mechanic, he told me the starter clutch, (easy to take out, but to put it back, he had to dessemble the engine), he wants to charge around 6 hours of labor. He changed an same thing. I changed the starter, for another rebuilt one, and same situation. Some one can give me a little help? Any suggestion? |
