I own 08 XINGYUE XY260T-4 and I have a problem to start the scooter,when I turn on the ignition key to start the bike power its dead and there are no lights, just the scale for gas moves, the batttery and fuses are good,does anybody know what I need to do or how I can fix it and what I need to check next
