I can answer the question of the acceleration to 60 mph.Let me the weekend and I´ll time up for you.
About the top speed, I´ve had ride it to 105 mph, but the bike started to tremble and I had enough for one day. You have to notice that the bike has 15 years an near 45000 miles, so it´s not safe enough ( at least for me!!) to test it to top speed.And about the prize when it was new, here in Spain it cost about 3000$.
