ur 97 model will last out about a good 10 thousand if u look after it just dont dick about with it too much derisricting it full cos it wont last tht long make sure u oils and lubes are allways full and u should get a good few years out of it and if u aint derestricted it i sujest u pop the washer out of the main exhaust at the front it gives it another 10 break horse but i only suggest u do tht nothin else i done it on all my models (93-04)
