Hi this is usually a sign that there is an issue with the exup connections. I have removed the stock system on my ´96 ace complete and replaced with a full Akropovitch after the collector box became holed. I was advised to keep the connections, (electricals) and to loop them up out of harms way. Obviously all cables etc were taken out. In doing that I have never had any fault diagnostics via the tacho. I can only suggest you recheck those electrical connections and re-instate them. I genuinely hope you get over this issue as the last thing you want is to be distracted by the tacho doing strange things. Best of luck, Jimimac |
