greetings. i´m having the same trouble. 4 valve cover gaskets failed within a few miles after installation. did this 7 years ago with no problems. now i can´t get one to work. even tried an aftermarket gasket from italy. it seems like the 8 rubber compression washers which push on the valve cover are too stiff. i bought new with the 1st gasket thinking that the old washers were probably hard from age. not sure what to do now.
