Tuning my ´97 YZF 750R

Hey all,

I am looking for some tuning suggestions for my 1997 YZF 750R. I am getting a new carbon fiber Yoshimura muffler (the previous owner took the baffles out and because of the way he removed it, it started to rust and break where the mid-pipe attaches.

My bike has 65,000km´s and has been babied by me and it´s previous owner. I have only had the bike for about 6000km´s. I am looking at getting a jet kit and having the carburetor tuned as it is currently burning a bit rich (you can see a lot of black sut around the tip of the muffler) Any other suggestions for a newb?
