LEARNER Yamaha FZR150?

Hi, I´m from Scotland, currently living in Tainan, Taiwan, and shopping for transport. I suppose I´d be right in thinking the FZR150 wouldn´t be suitable as a LEARNERS bike? It looks both tempting and intimidating (as well as expensive to drop), but I had a similar initial reaction to an RZR 135 recently sold near my home, which, after some research looks like it would have been quite a good choice.Its probably quite a bit lighter though.

I´d be interested in any information, opinions or other sources of either that you can offer.
