bought my sprint in june,10 years old,on recomendatation from a mate who saw it in a showroom.it was black, liked the look of it imedeatly.found it a tad heavy & a bit tall.dealer lowered the forks bout an inch.im 5,6.but have had a few bikes so I wasent to concerned.right hand fork was weeping a little oil but the dealer said he would service it & fix the seal.love the bike tork is great but dealer never fixed the seal.anyway I have never seen a ten year old bike with the finish & quality of build like this.I sold a fazer last year 600 old shape but only 6 years old when i sold it with roughly the same miles and with all the best shampoos & wax plus lockup garrage it didnt look as good as the sprint.havent done too many miles with it yet but am certainly going to give it a go.ps my mates got a datona cosworth, same colour diablo black who has no lockup and leaves it outside and it looks just as good.would love to hear any feedback on these overlooked machines.also would like to hear any faults &also tips ie tyres & pipes plus bits and bobs to personolise it.good to see triumph back though...craig.
