Any problems with the bike?

Any problems with the bike?

Hi,

I wanted to buy a freewind but a few comments on the bike for oil leaks, electrical problems etc. putted me off a bit
Can any one tell me if this is a reliable bike or has proved problematic in general?

Note. I will buy the bike for normal (road) use.
