Hello everyone----Im new to site and own a 76 GT550 I just took the engine out of the frame to clean the bike up and polish the engine etc...in doing so, I snapped off the tip of one of the brass oil check valves on the lower front bottom case and severed the black rubber hoses....does anyone know where i can get a new check valve (also has a little filter attached to it) and the hoses and the little brass clamps? I obviously cont run bike without this. Do they still manufacture these parts? Also have question as to how to remove oxidation from case, head fins and all engine parts to shine up...and polish..i tried some wire wheels on drill...just scratching engine and some polish...any ideas.. thanks!
