| Hello all, I´m starting to get into the whole bike restoration field for the first time and I´m looking for an answer to a few questions. First question, I just bought the 1977 650cc from a gentleman for $150.00 the bike seems to be in great condition just some cosmetic repairs. Good deal or not? He also told me that the bike is to be a first edition limited, Does this make any since to anyone? Because I sure as hell could not find anything that said Limited or First Edition.I was also told that there were only 250 of these bikes made, Sounds like crap to me but I still can not find anything to debunk his clams. Last Question how bad is to find parts for said bike? I have a very strong back ground with metal fabrication so I´ll do most of the repairs myself. Thanks for any help Greg W. |
