I have just jst bought a california e/v 1100 on 23 Dec last year and am at work now overseas so dont know very much abt them,(not had a ride yet) but when i pull the clutch lever in there is a noise but it works ok, (should i be concerned)The chrome is not as i would have expected for a 1999 Guzzi is Italian chrome normally poor.I have a classic Suzuki gs 850 and the chrome is immaculate. The previous owner has a corbin seat on it and it is too high for me, i want to put the original seat back as its brand new taken off when the bike was bought new but the small back rest is missing, i have contacted him but he says the garage that supplied the bike new must have kept it, (has anyone got a spare i could buy)if not how much approx is a new one. many thanks J.L.J.
