Beeping turn signals

The turn signals cause a very loud beeping noise, its apparently an alarm to remind me to cancel the signal. It beeps when the turn signal light is off. It´s coming from some where below the handlebars(I have a huge front faring on so i cant find it wouldn´t mind a reminder to cancel the signal, but its loud enough that you can hear it a few lanes over while its sitting at a stop light.

How do i disable this thing? or turn it down?
