This is my first motorcycle. |
Help! said 2012-10-05 22:09 |
I´ve rode dirt bikes and ATVS for a few years when I was younger but this is my first motorcycle. I have a 1976 kz400 an it runs great or the most part. Starts first kick with no choke and ideals great at first, but after I take it around the block and stop it won´t idle I have to keep on the as a little or it will cut off. When it does cut off it starts right back up. I read online that the early models of this bike are prone to idleing issues. Before I jump in head first ad start to rebuild the carbs anyone have any suggestions for a quick fix? Or maybe some things I should check? I would greatly appreciate it. |
