Somehow we (meaning a friend of mine, when I was not present) were able to compress the brake enough to get the old pad off, but now I cannot (even with the help of a significantly sized C-clamp) get the new pad pad to slip on. Is there any easy way to get the new pad on without taking apart the entire brake assembly?
