hello, i am new to the forum , i live in tennessee and purchased a 77 dt400 off e-bay i have it all broken down and am in the process of rebuilding it , my question is the autolube injection what is the best way to check to see if it is working properly? i know you can set the stroke adjustment on it , but what if the gears in the pump are worn a little? or is there a way to check by volume at a certain RPM? i definitely need to get that straight because the last thing anybody wants is to put a new piston in and only have it seize via pump failure, can anybody help please.
