s&s is very easy. best to adjust during riding season. warm it up. hold at 2000 rpm and adjust idle mixture in until it breaks up then out until it breaks up, then split the difference. now crank the throttle if it boggs, back off the accellerator pump til it stops bogging. ride it then check the plugs, if brownish. okay. if black or fouled try removing the main jet and reducing size a little at a time. don,t make it too lean! cheaper than a dyno!
