Hello, I´m thinking about buying a 75 cb360 that looks pretty good; new tires, recent fork seals, decent paint, needs a seat or seat cover. Also it´s been sitting for a few years and won´t start. Current owner is not sure why it won´t start...could just need a new battery?? Anyway, he´s asking $450 which seems really high to me. any thoughts?? thanks in advance
