Well, there are a couple issues that could be causing this. If you´re oil pump is to rich it will cause the spark plug to burn up. If the spark plug is burned and scorched you might check your oil pump. Also, since you don´t have a battery, it could be over loading the electrical system, you might have to add a battery to solve the problem.
