Carb. tune up??

Hey, i found a 1975 ke 100 in the back of my grampas shed and its in mint condition with good compression and everything. I bought a new plug for it and it sparks and everything. but when i kick it over, it starts up for about 3 seconds then boggs out and fowls the plug. So if anybody could read me the specs on resetting the carb. from their manual ( i dont have a manual), that would be awesome.
