HI, there is two marks on the oil pump arm at about 4oclock adjust the cable until these marks line up. it is then set correct . dont forget to bend the little tag to hold the cable in or it could come out and that will seize your engine through lack of oil.then run your engine at about 2000 revs whilste holding the oil pump arm fully open until all the bubbles are gone . you are best to add a little 2 stroke oil to the fuel tank whilst setting up and bleeding the pump . as for wireing i have no idea . the best thing you can do is buy a manual on ebay . hope this helps . regards charlie.
