I saw this 1999 honda 1100 shadow for sale and am condering buying it. It has 1200 miles looks and looks good. The bike has a windshield and fiberglass storage bags on the back. Turqouse and cream color. Asking $3800 US dollars. He says it needs brakes. Do you think the brakes are a major cost to get fixed . PS I am sure I could talk him down. Please advise if you think this is a good bike at a good price
