For over 10 years, Honda produced essentially the same motorcycle, the V-4 St-1100. S and T stand for Sport Touring, and the bike fulfills the moniker to perfection. I´ve had this bike on many trips, fully loaded with camp/travel gear for two weeks, and have taken it through as many twisties as one could - the bike performs. And though it doesn´t have the stiffest frame in the world, its low center of gravity and lean-angle engineering & design allow it (with the proper tyres and riding skill) to be thrown around with the best of them. It won´t beat a VFR, but it can follow pretty closely... which is amazing when you think about nearly a thousand pounds (bike: near 700, rider; near 200, gear: near 100) getting tossed about so elegantly. For the grown-up sport rider who doesn´t need to have his neck snapped with throttle, who wants to tour around comfortably (but would rather die that own a Goldwing) this is THE PERFECT BIKE. Cheers, Radames Pera
