Lurching, jerking, acceleration

Lurching, jerking, acceleration

I have a Honda Elite 80 and we are experiencing some jerking while driving. This wasn´t to bad until today it was lurching when trying to start from a stop and I would have to push it to get it moving enough. I think that it might be the clutch. Does any one have any answers to this?
