Given this scooter. I know nothing about it but need to learn since I have no other means of transportation. I first checked all wires connections. No spark plug or battery and not sure what kind it will need. Cleaned water fill cannisters and put fresh water. All hoses are in okay shape. Assumed I can clean Fuel filter before trying to crank or to see if it will run. Any advise is appreciated. Hope I can find necessary parts locally.
