Picked up a 86 CB700s recently. Not taken care of to well. Started to go thru it!, tank is rusty and pet ok is full of crap...but the issue I am having is that my carbs are stuck and I can´t get them to pull away from the engine. Everything is unhooked and the air box is pulled out. What am I missing?
