Front and rear turn signals are weak, dim, and they flicker more so than blink. The electrical system is completely overhauled on the bike but the sigs were doing the same thing before the overhaul (custom wiring, new stator, new ignition, new coils, etc)

What´s my first try? Could it be the relay? I haven´t changed the bulbs yet, couldn´t be that easy said the fool.
