Hi guys, hope someone can help, my son has a PGO Naked 2008, at the mechanic for two months can´t figure out the problem. Strap,plug,rollers,cleaned carb,compression good. but still can´t get to 70 kilometers per hour top speed,,only 60 kilometers per hour. Hope someone can help. Thank you
