Hi guys ,I recently took my 1991 1200 XLH Harley sportster in to a garage for some minor works and asked the mechanic about maybe raising the rear suspension as id like to be able to carry a pillion and as the bike stands the mudguard is to close to the tyre . I believe the suspension is already adjusted as high as it will go at the mo. Any ideas please ....Also the guy said that on the righthand side of the rear wheel ,the gap between the tyre and the mudguard is smaller than that on the lefthandside .Said it is the same on all the Harleys hes ever worked on . Could this be right ??
