I can not find the light switch,

I can not find the light switch,

I just bought this in Goma in the democratic republic of congo. the guy I bought it off unseen is gone to Mali and I will not be able to contact him until in a bout 3 weeks.
When the I turn the ignition the headlights come on, I can not find the switch to turn them on.
