The Sachs 650 is a bike I can´t make my mind about. Only had it a couple of months, no reliability problems yet. Its a ´short stroke´ single so you need to rev it hard and keep it in the right gear to avoid ´chain snatch´. Its a good back road bike, I haven´t pushed the handling hard as my front tyre needs replacing, but if it keeps me going through the spring/summer I´ll be pleased. It was cheap as chips though. £1,000 for a 2003 model with 8,000 miles. So I keep reminsing myself how cheap it was to buy. I´d say it is the sort of bike that may grow on me, I´ll report back in a few months !!!Dave
