My 2009 Pewter Pearl FLHX

Hello to all. I bought my 2009 FLHX in September of 2015, it had about 9,000 miles on it. I rode it from Fayetteville, NC to Chesapeake, VA. The first time I’ve been on a motorcycle in 13 years. I realized after two hours of riding to my destination that I’d have to get use to riding again, because my butt was hurting. I road it about 500 miles more and realized I had a bearing noise. So I started with the wheel bearings. Nope, not the problem! I replaced the main bearing in the primary case. Nope not it! So I opened up the primary again, removed the chain and complete clutch pack and found the fly wheel was scuffing the inner case. That means the main bearing in the transmission. I pulled the transmission and replaced every bearing in it. I also replaced the automatic primary chain adjuster with a Baker manual adjuster. Because the automatic chain adjuster destroyed the bearings in the transmission. I also replaced the main shaft and sized gear. It’s bee 10,000 miles of trouble free riding!
