Just purchased an 08 C109RT with 75k miles. Very pleased overall but wondering about the suspension feedback while riding. Seems to pick up all variations on road surface, much sharper feedback than I would expect. One example, when changing lanes when I encounter one of those lane reflectors there a considerable bump/knock heard and felt throughout the bike. Another example are bumps over bridge transitions, and lastly just going from smooth paved road to older section where asphalt is more course at times can be uncomfortable. Maybe this is normal but I expected a smoother ride. Tire pressure is in range.
