Well, it´s a little late to provide useful information for you, but for anyone else looking out there, there are a few easy to spot problems. The rear suspension bushings on this bike don´t have any grease fittings, so the grease has a tendency to dry out and cause the rear suspension to lock up. This is preceded by squeaking, which indicates you should disassemble the bottom shock mount and grease the bushings right away. You can also add fittings while doing this. While the camshaft wear issue is fairly common, it´s difficult to know how bad the cams are without removing the valve covers, unless they´re bad enough to where the bike runs badly at which point they need to be replaced. Otherwise, I´d just recommend looking for leaking fluids, vibration, or a rough running engine.
