i rode these 77s since 77,the exaust is to small.the oil line to the exaust rocker should have been stock,the front axel should have been joined ahead of the wheel on the shocks,the back shockes are a joke on the 350lbs machine.but the engine is flawless,unless you throw a drive chain.the dip stick is great unless you check it cold.oil consumption is great unless you wheelie with out a catcher bin.starting is perfect if you do not touch the throttle,hot or cold. all in all the best bike i think i will ever own,it wheelies,jumps,trials,trails,tours,road races,motocrosses,and just plain looks great,oh ya ,, and it sounds like a bike should
