Honda's profilation of this bike
The CBR1000RR’s chassis, die-cast twin-spar aluminium frame, 43mm inverted Showa Big Piston Fork and rear shock are unchanged for 2014. Its 999c four-cylinder engine however has received extensive work on the cylinder head, improving inlet and exhaust gas flow and combustion efficiency. The result is an extra 2kW peak power and improved mid-range torque.
