| GPR 50 RACE REPLICA: INSPIRED BY THE BELSON DERBI MOTOGP TEAM 125 MOTORCYCLES
Derbi now offers a Replica version of the motorcycle used by the Belson Derbi team, made up by Pol Espargaró and Joan Olivé. This is the Derbi GPR 50 Race Replica, a bike completely inspired by the Red Bullets, and, as from now fans of the Moto GP will also have the opportunity to enjoy it.
The Derbi GPR 50 line models incorporate an aluminium alloy, double-beam chassis and an aluminium, dual swing-arm with Cantilever system. The front suspension features a 40mm, hydraulic upside-down fork that provides rigidity and exemplary performances, while the rear offers a monoshock absorber with a 110mm travel designed by Derbi and tested according to the most demanding quality standards for optimum traction control. The distance between the axles is 1.310mm, which allows for greater stability on the straightaway and more agility in curves.
Derbi has worked with maximum care in the braking system too, with discs of Ø300 mm in front and Ø180 mm in the rear. It is powerful and adjustable, with a radial pump and pin and Racing brake tubes, specifically designed to offer more efficiency in braking.
With the GPR 50 Race Replica version, Derbi is clearly going for a sporty and young aesthetic, carefully reproducing all the details of the official racing bike. They are even customized with the official sponsor stickers, just like the real Red Bullets that compete in the Motorcycle World Championship in the 125cc category. In doing this, their excellent performance is extolled and the full, historical implication of Derbi in the competitive world is demonstrated. |
