Fast comfortable addictive sportbike | ||||||

This is a very fast comfortable sportbike ergonomics are great, and I am 6.5, brakes are awesome for the street, one finger capable brakes. A light squeeze in the city and a slight more tug and you will reconsider just how hard you want to squeeze that brake lever, just think dropping an anchor or brick wall any speed. The zx10r does like all tires, I have ran sport to sport touring tires and each was great with them having there own advantages and disadvantages, but I prefer the dunlop sport tires myself on this model. I do recommend a steering damper, a must for any serious sport riding and aftermarket levers make the bike feel perfect, stock seat is great! I would recommend the wooden beads for the seat if you plan to tour on it, its possible. Stock pipe sounds awesome, But all my friends like my carbon akropvic. I personally think it handles great. A little wheely prone, sometimes annoying and sometimes really cool. I like the looks and everyone who likes sportbikes agrees, holds its age well. Minor mods go a long way on this motorcycle...money well spent. Only con is the tranny is clunky sometimes and this my second 2004 zx10r and the other was clunky also, if you are coming off a slick box like I was, it takes a little getting used to. Oh did I comment on how fast this motorcycle is 165 mph is very easy and tuck in after that to 180ish. |
