The YBR is a Brazil designed motorcicle, that exists in two versions, one made in china (that´s the one you can buy in europe) and other made in Brazil (teh one I have). The Brazilian model has less equipment but better performance. It´s more powerful (12,5 HP) and the airtake has a nicer look (in my opinion). On the other hand, it hasn´t a RPM counter and has other lacks. There are 2 models, one with disc brake and electric starter (the one I have) and other cheaper without it. The motorcicle is amazing, I really like it´s performance on the streets. I live in Buenos Aires, an extremly big and dangerous city, with lots of traffic problems and accidents. This motorcycle has an excellent performance for fighting agaisnt the traffic. It´s very fast in low speeds, it´s quick reaccion is really helpful in the streets and the breaks work perfectly. It has 5 speeds, intercalated for a prefect administration of power at street speeds. At 60Km/h you are in 5th (you can be there in 4th, but at high RPM). So it´s power is short for routes or highways. It´s maximun speed is rounding 130 Km/h, and stability at hat speed is incredible. I have the sensation of that the motorcycle frame would soport speeds much more higer than the maximun the motor can made, so it´s feel really secure. It looks great too!! |
