Suzuki well worth investing in and a serious road bike

This bike is the second cruiser model from Suzuki that I have owned. My first import cruiser was the Suzuki Marauder. I was impressed with my first Suzuki so I forked out the money for another on which had more size to it. I moved from the 800 class up to the 1400 Intruder and I have not been disappointed. The intruder offers as much riding pleasure as I would expect from ANY cruiser bike and at a price that doesn´t leave me with no money to go for a ride. This bike handles very well and as smooth as silk on the road. The stock handle bars (buck horn) leave something to be desired at less than 10-15 mph but when you get rolling the are quite comfortable to me. I am 6´2´ and 180 lbs to give you something to go by. I have put extenders on the foot brake and shifter to make the leg position better suited to my height. I feel right at home on this bike and truly love the attention it gets. This is one good looking bike. Top add to the ride ability, this bike has ample power and good mileage at the same time. Truly a bike worth having. | |
