I saw so many scooters in Rome, when I came home I did better than most Romans do, I got a good scooter. | ||||||
| I am a large man with a great enthusiasm for two wheeled vehicles. While I am not riding my K1200LT or KTM 640 my alternative mode is the 250 Scarabeo. this little baby will get up to 75 mph. I can say the gas tank is small and while screamin around you feel a need to stop more frequently that you would like, other then that it is a blast to drive. I have even gotten my wife to drive it and she is hooked. The Italian scooters are becoming so homogenous with the inter-purchasing, you will have an Aprilia motor in a Piaggio body and vise versa. I say it you like the styling, get teh scooter. Don´t get cheap and get an underpowered unit just because you don´t ave the funds. Buy the best first and watch the heads turn. |
