SRX6 details: die cast finned oil tank, clip ons, Ducati Veglia like tach, drilled alum. rr. caliper bar, remote res. shocks, 7´ chrome h´dlight, 3 drilled discs, beautifully formed tank, flat unpainted alum. side covers, SS dual down pipes, perimeter frame, canted forward 4 valve OHC engine.

The SRX is kick start only, but with practice, its automatic compression release and if cold a little choke, one kick fires it up. The bike is a blast to ride, and nothing beats the sound of this big thumper with a megaphone winding out through the gears. The riding position is comfortable with a little lean into the wind to take just enough weight of your wrists for a long ride, with the foot pegs placed a little, but not much, to the rear, and the flat saddle allows moving around for comfort and different riding positions. Cruising at 70mph the bike is in its sweet spot and any added throttle gives a satisfying burst of speed. Only imported into the USA in 1986 and not a big seller in a field of high powered electric start fours, this bike is rare. And for those of us who appreciate its beauty, uniqueness and BARK, a blue chip investment that, if well cared for, will only go up in value. Keep the shiny side up!
