I started riding way back in 1980. MY sport car was stolen ,and as i was looking to replace it i noticed i always wanted a motorcycle.I bought my first bike a kway 650 ,nice in its day. After a few years I drifted to honda then to suzuky,my first suzuki was a 1987 gsxr 750 (red and black).Back then I knew this was a good bike.I stayed with the gsxr series up until 2000 when i traded in the 1987 gsxr 750 for the new 2001 gsxr 1000.Since then i have enjoyed this bike to no end. This bike is a dream to ride,it responds as quikly as your thoughts.I think wheely and off it goes.choose between a rool on or a clucth at low rpms.Although i found myself saiyng that was crazy,i realized that a lesser experieced rider would have been in a lot of trouble even thinking the way i do when i ride,smoke the tire with no effort,bring first gear to 87(done it)and hit second to stand the bike straight up for another 30 miles per hour ..unfortunately we have to share the road ,so those are the limits u encounter while riding this bike.All i can say to any rider ..wear your gear ,stay alert and ride safe,if u are sitting on this bike´know your limits´.. |
