I have a new S83 and the motor vibrates at over 60 MPH and the dealer says ´that is the way the bike runs´. I cannot accept that! | ||||||
I bought myself a new S83 for Christmas. I immediately noticed a vibration at highway speeds. I took it to the dealer and they balanced the front wheel. That did not help. I rode the bike 50 miles on the highway and my hands were numb from the vibration. The vibration is in the bars and the pegs. If I throw the clutch at 65 and let the engine idle the vibration goes away. I took it back for the 600 mile service and make the same complaint. The service manager now says ´That is the way the bike rides´. I think that is a cop out! Help! BOB |
