My previous bike was Honda ST1100. It is a lazy man´s bike with it´s locomotive-type torque band. But you pay7 for it in heft.

The VFR is much lighter and loves the curves. There is more buzz through the bars, but that FI V-4 loves to sing. It will give 50 mpg if you stay out of it. The EFI is spot on. Takes some getting use to from carbs. I agree that this is the best year for them. If you only have room for one bike, buy a ´98-2001 VFR! | |
