Great little commuter bike | ||

The MSX 125 is a great little bike but has limitations. Forget the specs given here, it is not liquid cooled, nor does it have drum brakes. It handles really well, it´s short and compact enough to park anywhere, including widthways in a parking bay. I am under 11 stone and the bike will top out at 60mph, if you´re lucky and therein lies it´s main limitation - I wouldn´t want to take it on a fast dual carriageway or motorway and you wish it had a 5th gear. However, it does over 120mpg, even on full throttle and accelerates away from the lights with alacrity. Recommended though I wish they made a 250cc version. |
